Spring 2021 Evaluations Sent Out

An email just went out to all registered attendees with our evaluations for Part I: Enduring Material and Part II: Live Session. These are required for CME/MOC credit. Complete when you are done watching the videos you desire to view and have either attended the live session or watched the recorded video (pending). We are finalizing video editing to share the file for our live session recording.

Upon completion of both evaluations, you will receive your CME certificate (manually done by administrator), please allow time for processing.

Reminder: Enduring Materials will remain available online until Sunday 20 June 2021. Registration is still open for anyone who is interested in viewing our materials. Registrations closed on Saturday 19 June 2021.
