We provide a $2500 honorarium for "away" speakers highly regarded in your field (Drs. Peterson and Hayes) and a $500 honorarium for our local speakers. Away speakers will need to complete a W-9 (electronically via QuickBooks in separate email). Local speakers will need to submit your address here (using the other option) for Jonathan to mail your check.
