Conference Evaluations Update

Our Fall 2021 attendees may now complete the Evaluation for Part I: Enduring Materials. When you have finished watching all of the recordings you intend to view, please navigate to our CME & MOC page here and use the password given to you in your confirmation email when you registered for the conference.

Evaluation for Part II: Live Event will go live on 10 December 2021 after the live event.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Washington State Medical Association and the Endocrine Days Educational Institute. The WSMA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
