Endo Days Spring 2021 Virtual Conference Registration Open

Fellow Lifelong Learners, Registration is now open for Endo Days Spring 2021 Virtual Conference, with topics covering Diabetes and Pituitary! This will be part Enduring Material online where you may download pre-recorded lectures as well as one live, virtual Zoom meeting Friday, June 4th, 2021 at 7:45 AM (PST). Program agenda is attached.

Registrants will receive an access code to log into our website for access to this session's Enduring Material. This will have 8 pre-recorded sessions approximately 45 minutes long that you may download and watch at your leisure. Note these are available for download from 21 May 2021 - 20 June 2021.

After you have viewed the materials, we will host a live, virtual Zoom session with our speakers for 1) a 60 minute Q&A session (30 minutes on Diabetes, 30 minutes on Pituitary) and 2) a case discussion. This is scheduled for Friday, June 4th from 7:45am - 10:15am PST.

Registration: either

B) complete the attached form and then either a) e-mail completed form to us at endocrinedays@gmail.com or b) mail it to Endocrine Days at P.O. Box 75686, Seattle Washington, 98175.

Students, Fellows: Free

Submitting Payment: either

A) through our website at the site above which allows you to PayPal (you can do so with an account or as a guest with your Debit/Credit Card); or
B) by mailing a check, made out to Endocrine Days Educational Institute, to P.O. Box 75686, Seattle Washington, 98175.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made one to two weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than one week before will not be refunded.
