Spring 2022 Eval, Certificate, & MOC Option

The evaluation with CME Certificates and the MOC Quiz have been sent out via email to all the registrants.

Thank you for attending our Endo Days Spring 2022 in-person conference this past Friday 5/6/22. And thank you to all our planning committee members, speakers, and exhibitors. For those who attended in person: We encourage everyone to complete the evaluation once you have watched all presentations you intended to view. The evaluation is required to receive your CME certificate. At the end of the evaluation you you receive a link with the CME Certificate. For those who did not attend in person: in the next couple of weeks we will be releasing the recordings for the live session (once the video editing is complete). You may complete the evaluation / MOC quiz at that point.
